This ongoing illustration series is a modern homage to the lurid, imaginative cover art of pulp science fiction and horror magazines from the 1920s to the 1950s. Started in 2025, the series reinterprets classic genre tropes (including cosmic dread, alien menace, and deep-space isolation) through a contemporary digital art lens with a distinctive comic-cartoon vision.
Both Space Horror I and Space Horror II were featured in the 2025 Rourke Art Museum Ghoullery Exhibition VIII – The Infinite Void. Each piece is an 11×17 inch limited edition print, restricted to 50 copies each.
